1. Custom-Built RVs & Modifications

All RVs, conversions, and custom modifications are made to order based on customer specifications.
Because of the personalized nature of our work:

• Payments made for custom RV builds or modifications are non-refundable once production has started.

• Any design approvals provided by the customer are considered final.

2. Booking Amount & Advance Payments

• The booking or advance amount paid to confirm an order secures production slots, materials, and labor.

• Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances unless otherwise stated in writing by UNEARTHED RV Maker.

3. Order Cancellation

• Cancellations before production begins may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding administrative, consultation, and processing fees.

• Cancellations after production has started are not eligible for any refund.

4. Delays & Force Majeure

UNEARTHED RV Maker shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to supply chain issues, natural disasters, government regulations, or labor shortages. Such delays do not qualify for refunds.

5. Defects & Rectifications

If a manufacturing defect is identified:

• We will inspect the issue and provide repair or replacement as per our warranty terms.

• Refunds will not be issued for repairable defects.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

• Custom-built RVs and parts

• Design, consultation, and engineering fees

• Registration, transport, logistics, or third-party service charges

7. Approved Refunds (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved in writing by UNEARTHED RV Maker:

• Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days

• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method

• Any applicable transaction or gateway fees will be deducted

8. Changes to This Policy

UNEARTHED RV Maker reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
