Customization Details
Front Seats-You will notice that the front seats have been modified to include the 3rd seat, as well as being covered in matching leather to that which has been used in the living space of the campervan.
Vehicle wraps- let you choose the colour of your van whilst also offering protection from the elements.
Beds- The sleeping area is a little different in this van. It includes a North/South electric lift Queen bed, that will accommodate use of the lounge underneath as single bed space. The owners also wanted some custom bed nook spaces to better accommodate use of charging devices and lights whilst in bed.
Gas Free – The owners did not want gas in this van. The hot water system is a Duetteo 12v/240v unit, and cooking facilities include a microwave and a portable induction cooktop, to provide greater flexibility with cooking space.
Battery/ Solar- due to the gas free option, these customers wanted to maximise their available power for off grid adventures. This build features a 620 ah Custom Lithium battery with 3000 w inverter and 3x 180w solar panels. This is all incorporated into the Redarc Redvision controller, to easily control the appliances at the touch of a button, or connect via Bluetooth for control via mobile phone.
Extra Storage – In our Mercedes Sprinter range, this is a first where we have included cupboards at the front of the van. This was to provide additional storage, since the extra front seat removed the walk-through capabilities into the cab of the campervan.
LED strip lighting – we have a few lighting options to choose from, however, for this build, the owners opted for LED strip lighting throughout most of the van which includes under the bed, in the kitchen and the storage areas.
External Fittings – This campervan build has several external additions including a tow ball which provides functionality not just for towing boats or trailers but also for adding bike. There is a drop-down picnic table which offers a handy outside table functionality including use for laptop, prepping or serving food and drinks. The surfboard rack provides storage for surfboards, and a side ladder allows easy access to the roof. The external shower offers an easy way to wash down dirty feet, and sandy surfboards, helping to keep the inside of the van clean.
Entertainment – these customers opted for a Starlink to stay connected whilst on their travels. Staying connected is seamless thanks to built-in Starlink satellite internet, ensuring high-speed connectivity regardless of your location. Whether you’re working remotely, streaming movies, or updating your social media, Starlink provides reliable internet service that keeps you connected to the world. Our installation includes the Cowfish Cosmo to power directly off the 12v system for improved power efficiency.
